SolHyve™ is an active, low-energy facade system with integrated ventilation,
cooling
/ preheating of ventilation air and moveable solar shading. The system uses renewable
energy that is harnessed on the site.
With SolHyve, the indoor climate in buildings can be controlled in an environmentally-friendly
way. In optimal situations - dependent on the regional climate and the building orientation
- the system uses only on-site renewable energy; the system is then carbon-neutral.
SolHyve is suitable both for new-built and for facade replacement in existing buildings.
The system contributes to a longer life-time of climate installations and to lower
requirements for maintenance of air conducts and climate installations in the building.
